James who is the Gym Manager at Sportspace Hemel Hempstead, has been a part of the Gymspace team for over five years. He also offers his services for Personal Training, working with clients for a range of sports performance goals. Previous clients have included someone who cycled a stage of the Tour de France, and another client who completed the Virgin London Triathlon in under 2 hours 30 minutes!

Lorraine has joined the Gymspace team following great success as a Gymspace Member. Lorraine is a success story we are very proud of and is an example of what can be achieved here at Gymspace when the knowledge of our team is combined with a strong desire to succeed. Jess’s Sportspace journey began as a Member. When she joined she was recovering from a spinal injury and wished to increase her energy levels and reduce her weight. Jess successfully lost 5 stones, regained her strength and mobility and discovered an enthusiasm for fitness and well-being.  When it became time to return to work after staying at home with her children she felt it was only natural to re-skill as a Personal Trainer.
