- Each round takes a golfer on a 4 – 8 mile trip on average.
- An average round can burn up to 1500 calories whilst smashing your recommended 10,000 daily step target!
- A golfer who plays regularly can see their life expectancy increase by up to 5 years! (Players with lower handicaps have recorded even better results, so get practicing.)
