Sportspace Longdean hosts a strength and conditioning studio to help maximise the benefits of our Membership. It also boasts specialist equipment and allows you a different venue to train for a specific purpose. 

Please note Longdean gym is currently closed due to floor maintenance work.

Platinum - Unlimited use including Gym, Swimming, Group Exercise Classes, Squash, Badminton and Tennis + 15 days advanced booking.

Gold - Unlimited use including Gym, Swimming and Group Exercise Classes.
