Sportspace Longdean hosts a strength and conditioning studio. The space maximizes the benefits of Membership by giving Members a different venue to train in for a specific purpose. The variety of strength and functional training equipment creates a training environment to develop both athlete and non athlete. We want our Members to be comfortable in using all sites to achieve their goals.

Longdean Gymspace also schedules onsite GP referral sessions and specific rehabilitation/postural assessment programmes which actively promote sport specific training.

Consultation

All users must first have an consultation. These are one to one with a fully qualified instructor and include a personal programme tailored to your individual needs.
