Squash developed from at least five other sports involving rackets, gloves, and balls having roots in the early 1500s in France. It wasn't until 1907  that the official standards for Squash were set from a combination of three sports Rackets, Tennis and Fives. 

Sportspace Hemel Hempstead has three Squash courts available for hire both individually and on a block booking basis.
