SILVER MEMBERSHIP:
Off peak Membership including use of Gymspace, Pool and Classes, Monday to Sunday 10am - 4pm + FREE induction.
All of these memberships also offer FREE Gym Consultation, FREE Personal Programme, FREE car parking, Online booking, reciprocal use across our sites plus FAST TRACK through the barriers (Hemel Hempstead).
