Gymspace Hemel Hempstead is fully air conditioned
with top of the range StarTrac equipment. We have a wide range of Cardiovascular and Resistance machines as well as a fully stocked Free Weights area. Our Cardio machines even have their own air conditioning unit and individual screen so you can choose your own music or TV channel whilst you work out!      

In addition to the great value for money Gymspace Memberships that are offered, the gym is also available for
casual users on a pay as you go basis.

Consultations

All users must first have a consultation. These are one to one with a fully qualified instructor and include a personal programme tailored to your Individual needs.
